It was claimed that a secretary who worked at the Turkish Embassy in Mexico’s capital city, Mexico, disappeared. Mexico City Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into the incident.
According to Milenio the website, Tahsin Turkey’s Ambassador to Mexico, the second secretary Timur Söylemez 29-year-old Turkish citizen who was alleged that the woman disappeared. The Embassy staff reported that between 2 and 16 July, the lost secretary was only informed by e-mail that he was sick and went to the hospital.
Due to this information, employees who went to the secretary’s house left a message on July 17 but did not receive a response. On July 23, a free e-mail was received from the woman. Afterward, the embassy appealed to the security forces.
Ambassador Adviser Mexico City Prosecutor General informed yesterday about the incident. The prosecution has begun investigating the missing woman.
The prosecutor’s office said in a statement that “a special investigation has been initiated on the notification of the disappearance of a 29-year-old woman who is a Turkish citizen.
